The event focuses both on B2B and B2C interaction, bringing together Marbella’s property developers, builders, architects, real estate agencies, investors and a broad range of related suppliers of top-end modern windows, doors, heating, security and home automation systems, landscaping, interior design, furnishing, awnings, lighting and many more under one roof. Local legal and conveyancing firms, financial institutions, media and also representatives from the public sector were present at the fair, which forms the main real estate event of its kind in southern Spain. Though very important in a business to business context, the Home Fair Costa del Sol is also the ideal reference for homebuyers, those interested in building a villa and anyone décor and property-oriented, as it brings together the best professionals in the region. As a result, attendance was strong, with the participants highly pleased with both the quantity and the quality of the event, which was very well organised and received. The atmosphere was professional yet congenial, with excellent catering, press coverage and a classic location in the heart of Marbella. The regional property sector is in bloom right now, as well as undergoing a quantum leap in technical and aesthetic terms, catering as it does to strong international demand for high- spec contemporary homes that offer the best of the Marbella lifestyle.
